Shipping

Is shipping free?

Yes. We offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

When will my order be shipped?

For in-stock items, order processing typically takes 1–3 business days. During holidays or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Pre-order items ship within the timeframe shown in the product variation.

What is the delivery time?

Standard delivery time is 5–12 business days depending on warehouse and destination. Weather, holidays, and customs checks may cause delays.

Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes if processing has not begun. After that, cancellation is not possible.

Can I cancel after shipment?

No. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. You may request a return after delivery.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

Is there a tracking number?

Yes. A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Carriers may take up to 2 business days to update tracking. Some European carriers only update after local handoff. If no update appears within 5 business days, please contact us.

My package shows delivered but isn't here.

Carriers may mark packages delivered prematurely. Please allow one more business day. If still missing, contact us.

Tariffs & Warehouse Information

Where is my order shipped from?

We operate multiple warehouses worldwide and ship from the location that ensures the fastest delivery.

Will I need to pay additional tariffs?

No. We cover all import duties and tariffs. If you receive a notice requesting extra payment, please contact us immediately.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return an item?

Yes. Free returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in resale condition with all original packaging.

How do I request a return?

You may use the return button in your order confirmation email (if available), contact us at contact@objectionalism.com with your order details, or submit a request through our return portal at https://www.objectionalism.com/pages/start-a-return.

What is the return process?

Once your request is approved, you will receive a return confirmation email with your return label and instructions. Place the unworn item and all accessories back into the original packaging, remove or cover all previous labels, attach the new label, and drop off the package at your nearest carrier location within 10 business days. Please keep your drop‑off receipt. Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (1–2 business days). Refunds typically appear on your statement within 2–5 business days depending on your bank.

How do I request an exchange?

The fastest method is to submit a return request for your original item and place a new order for your preferred size or style. You may also note your exchange request in our return portal, and we will ship the replacement once your original item is received.
